holiday return policy: 

• In-store purchases made between 11/6/2026 and 12/24/2026 may be returned through 1/25/2027. Our normal return policy will apply to all purchases made beginning 12/26/2026.

in-store returns & exchanges:

• Returns with receipt accepted within 60 days of purchase.

• Refunds issued to the original form of payment.

• PIN debit purchases may be refunded as cash.

• Merchandise must be in its original condition with packaging (unused, unwashed, and unworn) with original price ticket/tags.

• Return your in-store or online purchases at any bealls, Bealls Florida, or Home Centric location – no matter which of our stores you purchased it from!

• Crypto Currency purchases are refunded as in-store credit, with or without a receipt.

• Returns without a receipt, (with photo ID: driver’s license, state issued ID, passport, or military ID) or after 60 days receive merchandise credit at the lowest selling price.
