In-Store Returns & Exchanges
- Items purchased in-store may not be returned by mail.
- Returns with a receipt dated within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original method of payment.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition and its packaging (unused, unwashed and unworn).
- Returns without a receipt require a photo ID (state issued driver's license or ID, passport, military ID). Refund will be issued as an in-store merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item.
- Returns of Swimwear and Lingerie must have the original price ticket/tags properly attached to the unused item.
- Due to health reasons, breast pumps, breast pump accessories and fragrances are not returnable.
- All merchandise returns are subject to system verification and/or management approval.
- PIN debit card purchases will receive cash back.
- Returns purchased by a Crypto Currency Purchase will be refunded to an in-store credit with or without a receipt.
- A 10 day waiting period is required for the return of purchases made by personal check.
- You may also exchange merchandise for something else in the store.
- Returns may be made to any Bealls Outlet, Burkes Outlet or Home Centric store location.
Online Order Returns
- You may return purchases made from our website within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
- Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and its packaging.
- Returns of Swimwear and Lingerie must have the original price ticket/tags properly attached to the unused item.
- Some merchandise returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
- We apologize as we do not offer an exchange program. Follow the return instructions below, then place a new order for the desired items at BurkesOutlet.com.

Returns by Mail
- Circle the item numbers of the items you are returning on the packing slip. (store purchases not permitted)
- Enclose the unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise with the tags attached along with the reason for the return.
- We recommend insuring your package and ship it via a trackable shipping method. Home Centric does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages or the whereabouts of your package in transit.
- Home Centric will refund your original form of payment for the purchase amount less shipping and handling within 14 business days of receipt of your return.
- Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable as well as the cost to return the item to us.
- You will receive an email notifying you when we have received your return and credited your account. Please note: it may take a full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If you are returning a gift that was bought by another customer, the original purchaser will receive a credit for the return on their credit card after the item is returned to our fulfillment center unless specific highlighted instruction is included to issue an E-Gift Card to the recipient's email address. Or, you may return the gifted item to one of our local Outlet stores to receive a store credit or request an even exchange.
